They happened to be out of the particular bouquet that we ordered, but immediately called to tell us. She very graciously agreed to put something custom together for us at the same price point and theme. Great customer service, and what a pleasant experience!

I was very happy with Lilies in the Valley Flower Shop! She called to tell me the exact arrangement to ask if it was okay to substitute. I have not been home for some time and I am glad to know there is a go-to flower shop that has a personal touch and cares about what they are delivering!
